Where is my data stored?

Only on your phone. inOffice has no accounts and does not send your data to any server. Deleting the app deletes its data. Your phone backups (for example iCloud on iPhone or Google backup on Android) may include the app’s data, depending on your device settings.
Solo en tu teléfono. inOffice no tiene cuentas y no envía tus datos a ningún servidor. Al desinstalar la app se borran sus datos. How is my percentage calculated?

It is the number of office days divided by the days that count in the selected period (office, remote and mixed). A mixed day counts as half office and half remote. Holidays, vacation and sick leave are not counted.

What are “pending” days?

Workdays in the selected period (month, quarter or year), up to today, that you have not logged yet. They appear in orange in the calendar and in the Statistics tab. Tap a date to complete it.

How do I change my target or calculation period?

Open the Settings tab. You can choose your target percentage and a monthly, quarterly or yearly period.

What does the forecast do?
¿Qué hace la proyección?
It fills upcoming workdays with your weekly pattern to estimate whether you will reach your target. You can turn it off in Settings to count only real days.
Rellena los próximos días laborables con tu patrón semanal para estimar si llegarás al objetivo. Puedes desactivarla en Ajustes para contar solo días reales.
How do I turn on the daily reminder?
¿Cómo activo el recordatorio diario?
In Settings, turn on “Daily Reminder” and allow notifications. It rings Monday to Friday at 18:00. If you denied the permission, enable it in your phone’s settings: iOS Settings → Notifications → inOffice, or Android Settings → Apps → inOffice → Notifications.
En Ajustes, activa “Recordatorio diario” y permite las notificaciones. Suena de lunes a viernes a las 18:00. Si denegaste el permiso, actívalo en los ajustes de tu teléfono: Ajustes de iOS → Notificaciones → inOffice, o Ajustes de Android → Aplicaciones → inOffice → Notificaciones.
Can I move my data to a new phone?

The data stays on your device. It can move to a new phone if you restore from a backup that includes the app’s data (iCloud or Google backup, depending on your device) or use your phone’s transfer tool.
Los datos se quedan en tu dispositivo. Pueden pasar a un teléfono nuevo si restauras una copia de seguridad que incluya los datos de la app (iCloud o la copia de Google, según tu dispositivo) o usas la herramienta de transferencia de tu teléfono.
